Kerry McGrath has both a conventional and organic farming background. Originally from St. Paul, Minnesota, McGrath relocated to California 10 years ago to combine two of her passions: the outdoors and working with children. McGrath interned and worked as a Naturalist with Marin County Outdoor School before graduating from University of California, Santa Cruz with a degree emphasizing Agroecology and Ethnobotany. She has interned at various livestock and vegetable family farms throughout the state. Most recently, McGrath designed and implemented a ¾ acre food garden for restaurateur, Pat Kuleto at his restaurant, Nick’s Cove.
