Frantoio Ristorante is dedicated to serving cuisine crafted from local and organic ingredients. Fresh, seasonal produce comes from neighboring Marin farms and all the restaurant’s meat and fish are hormone and antibiotic-free. During the olive harvest (November – December), patrons can taste extra-virgin olive oil at its finest, straight from the restaurant’s olive press - the only in-house “frantoio” in the United States.
