Karen Anderson and Frank Borodic believe that people, all over the world, are mobilizing to reverse the globalization of industrial agriculture. Karen and Frank support actions and policies that move away from an industrial food system that requires an intensive use of water, fossil fuel and chemicals for its success. The Roundstone Farm Bed and Breakfast support moving toward a more localized agricultural system, a system based on traditional, ecologically sustainable practices. Karen and Frank take the opportunity to get involved, and foster change through grassroots actions such as supporting the West Marin Buy-Local Campaign, where they can help local businesses succeed by preventing money from going over-the-hill. They also shop for provisions at the local Farmer's Market which directly connects them to Marin farmers and producers and makes them supporters of Marin Organic.
